Introduction

The purpose of these guidelines is to assist authors of accepted abstracts with the preparation of their papers. Please direct any additional questions regarding paper preparation, to igrc2008@gasunie.nl


Deadline and instruction for on-line submission

All papers must be submitted by the deadline of 8 August , 2008.

The papers should be submitted via this page.

This on-line system will take you step-by-step through the submission of your paper. To get access to the paper form, you will be requested to enter your log-in name and your password, which you have chosen when you have submitted your abstract. If you have lost your password, you have a system to refind it with your email address.

This log-in name and password will enable you to submit your paper. We strongly advise you to write down your log-in name and password.

When you enter your login and your password :

- You arrive on the "Edit your profile" page.
- Click on the menu at your left on "Edit your abstract",
- Then click on "edit" which is on the right of your abstract title.
- Upload your fullpaper (pdf-file) at "Send you fullpaper".
- You can now submit your full paper by clicking on "Editing file".

Please note that you will not be able to edit your paper anymore, once you have pressed the SUBMIT button. When corrections are still necessary, you should contact the Conference Secretariat. (igrc2008@gasunie.nl)

Before you can submit the text of your full paper, you will need to complete:

1. Name, company and address of the corresponding author.
2. Registration of co-authors: please fill out the surnames, initials, institute name, city and country of the co-authors. Do not state the corresponding author also as co-author. Maximum number of co-authors: 15

Language setting of your keyboard

The keyboard configuration of computers in Baltic, Asian and some other countries often causes problems with the printing of the manuscripts when special so-called "non-Western" characters have been used. To avoid these problems you need to change the language setting of your computer. This can be done by opening "Start" then "Settings", then "Control Panel" and then choosing "Keyboard." Once you are in this menu, set the language of your computer to English (United States) or US (International).

Responsibilities and copyrights

Authors are solely responsible for the content of their paper(s). Furthermore, they are responsible for obtaining permission to use any previously published material and for properly crediting the originators of such material. Copyrights or restrictions on any type of reproduction or publishing/distribution must not appear anywhere in the text or graphical material, including photographs.

The IGRC retains copyrights and may authorize suitable reproduction of all material as well as the publishing and distribution in any form and by any means.

However, the authors retain the right to reproduce their papers in other publications with the acknowledgment that the material was first published in the IGRC2008. Of course, any such publication should not occur before the Conference takes place.
