During the conference there will be three poster sessions, where over 300 presenters will give you a detailed insight in their work.
 
To the authors:
After acceptance of their abstracts, authors are requested to give a poster presentation at one of the three poster sessions. The poster sessions are the centrepiece of the conference, allowing the expected 500 attendees to communicate directly with the authors of the papers.

The poster requirements are as follows:
• Two choices of size:
       > 1570 mm (wide) x 840 mm (height)  top size
       > 1189 mm (wide) x 841 mm (height)  minimum size (it’s an A0-format)
• Landscape
• Free layout inside the poster/landscape-format
• There are no printing facilities at the conference
• Deadline for bringing the poster is on Tuesday 7th October 2008, between 16:00 and 18:00, at La Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie - La Villette

Authors will be informed about their assigned category by email, in June 2008, and about their number of the poster when they will arrive in La Villette, Tuesday 7th October 2008.
